“ Very cute little spot with colourful shops, restaurant and photo opps! Opportunity to feed some ducks too! ”
“ What a funny little place! The magnetic hill was pretty cool. Lots of tourists taking our picture as we rolled up the hill. Lol. The wharf area was cute...the shops were pretty decent. We got some good deals on the shop that was closing down. When in Moncton, you gotta check this place out! Next time we're going to try the waterslides! ”
“ We enjoyed our time here on the wharf. We took advantage of all the photo ops available, wandered through the shops and spent some time feeding the ducks/ geese. It was a beautiful day and a beautiful spot. ”
“ A fantastic place to go! The unique experience of the hill was intriguing and the food and shops there are quaint and very enjoyable! The food is delicious and many of the staff are from Crandall University, a local university with excellent reviews! On a sunny day, the wharf is a great place to relax! ”
“ Second review (though many more visits since first) June 25 2024 Both my lovely wife Pat and I still enjoy this little village. Eating at their wharf restaurant we decided to go with splitting a two fish and single order of chips dinner. We both thoroughly enjoyed our meals. Pat's not into coleslaw so I ate that and found it delicious as well. Not a crumb was wasted. Always look forward to going back. First visit June 29 2023 I enjoyed the fish & chips with beer that I ordered. Fish was lightly battered, moist and flaky white inside. There were only 3 beer types to choose from. I was content with the Coor's Light (didn't pay attention to the other 2 types). When I looked over to get a picture of my wife's (Pat) meal she had already eaten her lobster roll. She did state there was a bit too much mayonnaise, no celery and no onions (she can be particular). She did enjoy the bottled water. Both of us agreed that there was too many fries. One share would have been more than enough for the 2 of us. Excellent fries though. Enjoyed sitting inside to eat on this hot June 29th day. Plenty of seating on this particular day, inside and out. We enjoyed our stroll through the remainder of the village. Both split a beavertail treat over by the splash pad area. Tastie treat before driving to previously arranged engagements (otherwise we would have stayed longer. Beautiful place. ”
“ So happy that the Wharf Village at Magnetic Hill has been rescued from closure and revived by new owners!! The restaurant is open. There's a new cafe, several gift shops and an ice cream parlour! Renovations to the structures are obvious and the buildings look great. Brought back fond memories of when I took my kids there when they were younger!! Kudos to the new ownership at bringing this tourist attraction back to life! ”
“ Went on bbq chicken nacho night, sat outside and listened to a guy sing and play guitar. It was nice! One nacho is a lot for one person! Unless you're super hungry. The cheese could have been more melted, but I have high nacho expectations. :) 19 per nacho, not sure what makes it "nacho night." ”
“ Beautiful experience at Magnetic Hill Wharf Village and driving at Magnetic Hill. It's an interesting illusion having to watch the car drive on its own uphill. A must do activity. The wharf village is very colorful and lively. Great way to spend few hours for all ages. ”
